As a designer based in the Midlands in the UK, I want to shout loud about the forthcoming Birmingham Design Festival in the Summer 2018.
This will be a chance to celebrate the breadth of talent in and around the City over four full days of workshops, talks, exhibitions, demonstrations and screenings.
Birmingham is a great city that’s going through quite a transition at the moment. There’s many changes ahead and it will be interesting to see how design and creativity play a big part in future developments.
I’ve noticed that the number of creative events has increased over the last few years in Birmingham and this will be one of the biggest gatherings so far.
The events will take place from the 7th -10th June 2018 in a number of venues.
